With 6,000+ employees and services offered across 100+ countries, QIMA is growing fast - and transforming its commercial engine to support the next decade of scale.

Marketing is at the center of this transformation, with a clear ambition to elevate the QIMA brand, strengthen our positioning in life sciences, and support measurable commercial growth.

QIMA Life Sciences supports global leaders in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cosmetics industries with a range of scientifically validated preclinical and clinical testing and models. From the earliest stages, our solutions help identify the most promising drug candidates, formulas, or active ingredients. In doing so, they help optimize resources, accelerate development, and improve success rates. As a trusted partner, our scientific expertise allows us to provide our clients with robust data that is essential for informed decision-making and for driving innovation.

As Marketing Director, you will lead marketing for QIMA’s Life Sciences Division. Your job is to turn the division’s business priorities into clear marketing plans that help bring in the right leads, attract new clients, and support revenue growth. You will own the divisional marketing plan and targets, the delivery will be done together with the Life Sciences segment leads and Group Marketing teams, using the shared marketing tools and channels already in place. To succeed, you will need to set clear priorities, align the right people, and track what is working, including lead quality, conversion, new opportunities, campaign return, and pipeline contribution. Acting as the link between the Life Sciences business units and Group Marketing, you will make sure business priorities become clear positioning, credible scientific messaging, and measurable growth.

A unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact as we further grow QIMA's footprint in the Life Sciences industries.

This role will report to the VP Marketing with a dotted line to the Division's CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitor intelligence and consumer behaviors to uncover valuable insights and identify opportunities for growth and synergies across the group.
  • Define, build, and track the marketing KPIs that matter for growth, including qualified lead volume, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and marketing-influenced revenue. Use these insights to continuously improve prioritization, channel mix, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and business unit leaders to turn market intelligence and scientific expertise into targeted campaigns, account-based programs, sales enablement, and follow-up motions that generate qualified opportunities and improve conversion from first engagement to signed business.
  • Define and manage the divisional marketing plan and targets, working with Pascal, Grégory, Stephanie, the Life Sciences business units, and Group Marketing to translate priorities into coordinated programs delivered through shared group engines.
  • Translate scientific expertise into clear commercial messaging, campaign narratives, sales enablement, and thought leadership that help customers understand the value of QIMA’s Life Sciences services.
  • Manage and mentor six segment leads, strengthening brand consistency, marketing execution, and performance management across all Life Sciences services.
  • Contribute to strategic conversations around brand and business strategy, creative concepts and marketing strategy and execution.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated life sciences markets is mandatory, including the ability to translate complex scientific services into credible, commercially relevant messaging for scientific, medical, procurement, and business decision-makers. Experience in dermatology, skin biology, cutaneous biology, or longevity science is a strong advantage, but the core requirement is proven ability to market scientific services to a pharmaceutical or life sciences audience.
  • Ability to set up efficient and effective processes and manage and meet deadlines. As QIMA continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, we operate in a complex cross-functional environment, this means you need to ensure alignment, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution planned activities.
  • Excellent English verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • The ability to excel at both a strategic and executional level.
  • Passionately shares the company's values of client passion, agility and simplicity.

Education & Experience:

  • Proven ability to translate complex scientific services into clear, credible, commercially relevant messaging for pharmaceutical and life sciences decision-makers.
  • Experience in dermatology, skin biology, cosmetic science, or longevity research is an advantage, but secondary to pharmaceutical market understanding and pipeline-driven marketing experience.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing teams in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Medical writing, journal manuscript, or publication-related experience is a plus, but not a core requirement for the role.
