Compliance Support Specialist

• Assist clients in completing CAS application and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate schedules for system presentations and document submissions to BIR and other agencies.
• Visit government offices for submission, follow-ups, and registration coordination.
• Update clients on compliance progress and requirements.
• Maintain trackers and logs for accurate and timely filing.
• Escalate complex compliance concerns to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Attend internal training on BIR updates and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on documentation and service. standards.
• Assist in updates of government templates, annexes, checklists, and forms.
• Ensure proper filing and secure handling of compliance documents.
• Perform any duties as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in BIR liaison, CAS applications, tax, or compliance is an advantage
• Familiar with or willing to learn BIR, SEC, DTI, and other government processes
• Organized and detail-oriented, with good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable handling confidential compliance documents
• Willing to travel or coordinate with government agencies when needed
• Able to understand and summarize basic regulatory requirements
• Bonus: Exposure to CAS/POS registration or accounting systems
