POS Product Lead

• Understand customer needs, industry trends, and retail/F&B operating requirements.
• Manage product requirements, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with development, sales, implementation, and support teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.
• Support product demonstrations, customer engagements, and implementation activities.
• Work with relevant teams to address applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Develop product training materials and support sales and partner enablement.
• Monitor customer feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in POS product management, implementation, or solutions consulting.

• Strong knowledge of the Philippine POS market, retail/F&B operations, and BIR requirements.

• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and coordinating product improvements.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in SaaS, accounting integrations, inventory, or payment solutions is an advantage.

• Experienced POS implementation or solutions consulting professionals ready to transition into product leadership are welcome.
