Sales Associate

• Coordinate with consultants for support, including proposals, approvals, payments, and monitoring.
• Send product overviews and company profiles to prospective clients.
• Conduct initial qualification and follow-up of leads from marketing activities, referrals, events, and other sources.
• Act as custodian for departmental documents, including preparing quotations and maintaining records of sales and after-sales accounts.
• Assist with lead inquiries, report preparation, group demonstrations, and event engagements.
• Maintain the schedule of Consultants and coordinate demonstration appointments, client meetings, and schedule changes with prospects.
• Cold call leads and answer sales inquiries via email or phone.
• Assist Consultants during product demonstrations, client meetings, and presentations when needed.
• Coordinate the processing and proper handover of documents for closed sales to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support sales events, seminars, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Perform any other duties as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or Mass Communications.
• Sales experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and data recording.
• Organized, multitasking ability, and can perform under pressure.
