About the role

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect (Technical Presales) to own technical presales and improve solution architecture across CoderPush. You will work with clients, Sales and Delivery to understand business problems, shape practical solutions and ensure that our proposals can be delivered successfully.

This role covers more than cloud and infrastructure. Solutions may include custom software, integrations, data platforms, AI, on-premises infrastructure, private cloud, public cloud or hybrid environments.

What will you own

• Own technical presales from opportunity qualification and discovery through proposal, presentation, approval and delivery handover.
• Lead client discovery to understand business outcomes, current systems, constraints, stakeholders, security needs, budgets and delivery priorities.
• Decide whether and how CoderPush should pursue an opportunity by assessing technical, delivery and commercial fit and challenging weak requirements, hidden dependencies or unrealistic estimates.
• Shape and review high-level architectures across software, APIs, integration, infrastructure, cloud, data and AI, working with specialists when needed.
• Prepare the technical content of proposals, including architecture, scope, estimates, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, staffing and implementation roadmap.
• Present and explain recommendations and trade-offs to client executives, senior IT stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead the technical handover to Delivery and advise selected strategic or high-risk engagements without becoming the default delivery owner.
• Mentor Solution Architects and create reusable discovery guides, reference architectures, estimation methods, proposal components and review practices.

What you need to have

• 8+ years of relevant experience across software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or senior technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on software development background, with experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions end-to-end.
• Experience in digital transformation, technology modernization, or enterprise system implementation.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AWS-based solutions, including cloud migration and system integration across on-premises, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Strong client-facing experience in discovery, technical consulting, solution presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, estimates, scopes of work, delivery plans, and identifying key assumptions and risks.
• Good commercial judgment and the ability to balance client value, delivery feasibility, and CoderPush’s business interests.
• Strong spoken and written business English for client workshops, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Follow company information security policies and ISO 27001-aligned procedures, ensuring proper handling and confidentiality of client data and technical documents.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, fintech, securities, e-commerce, or SaaS.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, or agentic systems.
• Relevant AWS certifications or additional experience with Azure, GCP, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience leading RFP/RFI responses or multi-vendor solution design.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve research, architecture analysis, and proposal quality while protecting confidential information.

• Reusable standards and a stronger architecture team improve presales speed, consistency and delivery handover.
