Communication Hub Supervisor

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a highly motivated Communication Hub Supervisor to join our team and ensure high quality customer service and the right guidance for finding suitable payback solutions.

The role is responsible for:

• Leading a team of Financial Advisors;
• Providing daily guidance, monitoring and training the team in order to achieve team and personal recoverability targets;
• Sharing best practices and developing the team’s technical and soft skills;
• Monitoring the team’s performance through KPIs and established reports;
• Performing quality controls through call monitoring to ensure compliance with communication scripts and operational procedures;
• Preparing and sending feedback results twice a month;
• Taking over telephone communication in challenging cases;
• Facilitating the development of Call Center operational processes, suggesting improvements and alternative execution; and
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in collections/ rescheduling;
• Excellent people management & social skills;
• Decision-making and conflict-management skills;
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• Organizational and project management skills;
• Interpersonal skills & empathy;
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and
• Fluency in English, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
