Marketing Operations Project Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Project Coordinator will be responsible for project managing and

coordinating the implementation of marketing technologies and optimizing processes that enhance the

effectiveness and productivity of the marketing team. The role will focus on ensuring that marketing

operations align with business objectives by managing key systems and workflows across multiple

campaigns and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Technology Implementation & Optimization:

o Support the team with the project coordination of implementation, integration, and

optimization of marketing technology platforms

o Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies that improve the efficiency of

marketing workflows and processes.

2. Process Improvement & Automation:

o Work with the MarTech Project Management team supporting them with daily project

management tasks, tracking developments in Asana, liaising with key stakeholders,

summarizing developments, flagging risks etc.

o Support the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing operations

processes marketing operations processes, including lead routing, lead scoring,

segmentation, and campaign workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

o Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and improve

overall performance.

3. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:

o Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to align marketing technologies

and processes with both local and corporate objectives.

o Work closely with sales, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of

marketing operations across the organization.

4. Time Management & Prioritization:

o Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently, ensuring that deadlines are met and

that campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.

o Maintain organized records of marketing operations processes, tools, and systems to

ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management, ideally with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven experience in supporting, project managing, and optimizing marketing technologies and processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM integration, and data management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Asana, Bynder, Drift and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
