Join our team as a Senior Engineering Manager, where you will lead and inspire high-caliber engineering teams, build a reliable technology stack, and deliver meaningful features and solutions that solve business problems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other functions across the company, analyze product data, and collaborate with the product team on the product lifecycle. This is a strategic role that requires a strong partnership with other leaders and a focus on accountability and metrics ownership.

- Travailler avec les équipes pour construire de manière itérative une pile technologique fiable en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
- Être responsable de la livraison constante de fonctionnalités significatives, d'applications et de solutions technologiques qui résolvent des problèmes commerciaux.
Profil recherché
- You have 4+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations- Engineering and leadership expertise in the areas of tooling, specifications, product maintenance, and software products
- You have exposure to building large-scale technology and applications that are reliable, scalable, secure, and highly performant using industry best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and project status clearly, concisely, and accurately to a broad audience
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of building applications and technology that delight and engage customers and foster growth
- You have experience working with and an advocate for A.I. tools (Claude code, Cursor, WindSurf etc.)
- Proven experience building, growing, retaining and inspiring a world-class team of customer-focused technologists
- Experience working with Cloud platforms e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure
- You are a strong engineer with excellent customer and product focus
