Technical Analyst
Our client URGENTLY requires a Technical Analyst for 9 months + Contract in Darwin.
The Technical Analyst will be responsible to provide definitive and specialist advice on the functionality of various systems, tools and applications, including Atlassian Jira and Confluence to meet the needs of the business unit. The resource will methodically investigate, analyse, review and document for the purpose of improving processes, systems and tools and develop implementation plans for complex requests for change and evaluates risks to the integrity of the service environment inherent in the proposed implementations.
Skills and Experience required include:
- Experience with Linux and Windows, or ability to quickly acquire, and demonstrate a broad knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Security management, Networks and database administration skills.
- Experience in configuring, managing and supporting complex information systems including drafting support documentation and reviewing, designing and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Server to Cloud migrations, including evaluating plugin app requirements, integrations, feature capabilities, conducting security assessments and developing and executing migration plans.
- Experience delivering level two and three technical supports for Docker and Atlassian environments, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo.
Relevant tertiary qualification and ITIL qualification would be highly advantageous.
