Weseek a technical manager who will lead the QualysTechnicalTrainingteam.The QualysTechnicalTrainingteamoversees and managesthetrainingprocessfor Qualys customers.As the manager of theTrainingteam,you will manage a team ofinstructorswhoteach and build content for Qualys and ensure the training we buildalignswith customer goals and values.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the customer, partner, and internal training process.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders like product management, support, and engineering to update content.
Overseeing the team and the contentbuiltforour security conferences.
Understanding customer context, overseeing goals, and providing productdemos.
Educating customers and working with the team tooptimizetheir product setup for the quickest path tosuccess.
Driving speedy content production.
Accommodating training requests from Sales.
Providing feedback from customers to our instructors for continual improvement.
Improving product adoption and customer retention and helping foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customerbase.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum4-5 years ofexperienceinleading a teamin customertechnical training, enablement, customer service and support, customer success, or similar experience.
Candidatemust have a technical background in cybersecurity, networking, or related technology.
Experience working on a technical team, such as Technical Support, Enablement, and Customer Success.
Experience with the Qualys platform as a practitioner, technical seller, sales engineer, subject matter expert, etc.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience withcontinuous threat exposure management (CTEM),asset management, patching, vulnerability/riskmanagement, policy compliance,and configuration management, cloud and application security, and/orthreat detection.
Ability to designlearningplans that align with customerobjectives.
Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by solid project management skills.
Experience with contentdevelopment.Amajorportionof this role includes managing a team that creates self-paced and instructor-led content.
Working knowledge of popular public cloud services infrastructure offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Prior experience in personally engaging with Enterprise customers.
Strong communicator - written, verbal, and presentation.
Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
