Full-Stack Developer with Automation Testing experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with Test Automation experience to join an established delivery team working on financing solutions for private customers, including consumer loans and revolving credit facilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of modern web applications, workflow-driven business processes, and distributed backend services, with the expectation of becoming productive quickly after onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular single-page applications (SPA).
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services within a distributed system landscape.
• Design and implement new features independently, from technical concept through delivery.
• Work with Camunda (or a comparable workflow/process automation platform) to implement and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment (Scrum/LeSS).
• Participate in end-to-end solution development across multiple systems and interfaces.
• Contribute to test automation and ensure high software quality standards.
• Support CI/CD practices and deployment processes.
• Quickly understand complex business processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Actively contribute to the team's delivery goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience developing applications with modern Angular.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating REST API s.
• Experience working in complex distributed system environments with multiple interfaces and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience with Camunda or a comparable workflow/process automation platform.
• Full-stack development experience with Java and Microservices.
• Ability to independently design, implement, and deliver software features.
• Senior-level software engineering experience (junior profiles will not be considered).
• Experience with test automation.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or LeSS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is considered an advantage.

Advantages:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
