Quantcast is hiring a Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value advertisers, driving sustainable revenue growth and deepening strategic partnerships with flagship clients. You’ll leverage strong commercial acumen, data-driven storytelling, and deep platform expertise to help clients achieve their business objectives on Quantcast.
Who You Are:
Have at least 5+ years of account management/ client-facing experience in programmatic media to drive client growth.
Experience working and communicating with advertisers, agencies or clients and influencing mid to senior stakeholders.
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are hands-on in developing account strategies, navigating executional details, and driving campaigns to successful outcomes.
You bring strong strategic thinking and are always looking for opportunities to drive value and growth for both clients and Quantcast.
Turn complex data sets into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations, driving measurable results for your clients.
Lead client meetings end-to-end: uncover objectives and challenges, present complex solutions in an accessible way, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Strategic thinker who collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and drives initiatives forward to meet client needs.
Champion and share AI-powered solutions and best practices with clients to drive performance and deliver stronger outcomes.
Native Cantonese speaker and have a strong command in written and spoken English
Bonus points :
Have hands-on platform trading experience and understand the ins and outs of campaign optimisations.
Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and industry technologies, including CM360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DoubleVerify, IAS, and other ad tech platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in Hong Kong, serving as the primary point of contract and trusted advisor of Quantcast advertising solutions.
Drive the on-boarding process of new accounts - act as central project manager within Quantcast to deliver gold-standard client servicing and ensure a smooth end-to-end campaign delivery process on your book of business.
Develop market strategy that will maximize the amount of advertiser spend with Quantcast and drive long-term retainer relationships with your clients.
Lead client relationships across your portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to understand business objectives, shape solution, and deliver impactful presentations and recommendations that drive client outcomes.
Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and develop strategic, data-driven recommendations that help them achieve their goals.
