Job Description:

Responsible for developing, enhancing,modifying and/ormaintaining applicationsin theGlobalMarketsenvironment. Software developers design, code, test,debuganddocumentprograms wellassupport

activities for the corporatesystems architecture. You arerequired toworkcloselywithbusiness

partnersin definingrequirements for system applications. Youmust typicallyhavein-depthknowledgeof development tools andlanguages. You arealsoresponsible forday todaysupervisionforasmall

team of associates;provide coaching andinputinto theperformancemanagementprocess.

Essential Skills:

• Experience working with scalable, high-performance systems.
• Experience in designing system architecture for distributedapplications
• Experience in API integration, Applicationdevelopment.
• Strong skillsin designing databaseschema;bothSQLandNoSQLdatabases.
• Contribution inmaintaininghigh qualityproductionsoftware writteninPythonorNode.js
• Experience with leveraging serverless technologieslike AWSLambda,GoogleDataflow,GooglePub/Sub and AWS Gluewhererequired.
• Experience in development of virtual agents (chatbots, voicebots) and natural language processing
• Experience working with one or more AI/NLP platforms - DialogFlow, Alexa, Converse.ai, Amazon Lex,

Rasa, Luis, Kore.AI, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, Wit.ai, Salesforce Einstein etc.

• Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript or Node.js
• Experience in training chatbots by analyzing historical chat conversations or large amounts of user

generated content and process data

• Experience withmonitoring andeventanalyticsusingELK
• Design,build,manage and operatethecontinuousdeliveryframeworkandtools,andactingasasubjectmatter expert on CI/CD for developerteams.
• Front-end- Angular/ReactJS/ jQuery
• Application Security
• Familiarity in Unix/Linuxdevelopment environments &toolsincludingscripting &processmanagement.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• The ability or potential tomultitask,prioritize.
• Experiencein TestDrivenDevelopment & Agilemethodologies.
• Good communication skill.
• Experience ofusing toolslikegit, Jira,confluenceisaplus.
