How will you make an impact?

• Working on industry “firsts” - retail has more opportunity to leverage datasets and advanced analytics for new projects than other industries, so the chance to reach for (and attain) remarkable outcomes is there.
• Work on impactful, high-value projects across different domains, that deliver real world outcomes. Such as promotions and pricing, supply chain, people analytics and last-mile optimisation (plus some others that we’re not disclosing just yet).
• Lead longer-term projects, ensuring you get to see the outcomes of your work
• Sit in agile squads and work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality analytics, from scoping, data quality assessment, data manipulation, method selection, model building, insights generation and visualisation.

• Technical proficiency: Your fluency in data analytics tools and programming languages, including SQL, R, Python, and visualization platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Looker Studio, equips you to transform data into insights.
• Solution-oriented experience: With a track record of scoping and designing data-driven solutions, you have the proven ability to make decisions that resonate with stakeholders and drive business success.
• Agile performer: Your capability to move fast with care through a dynamic environment ensures that you deliver exceptional quality without compromise.
• Predictive modelling know-how: Experience in building predictive models in a commercial setting is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• Leadership in data insights: Prior experience in a similar role, leading teams to extract meaningful insights from large, complex data sets, is highly regarded.
