Job Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient production, effective resource management, quality control, and the achievement of weekly production targets.

The successful candidate will provide strong operational leadership, coordinate production activities, supervise maintenance, and ensure that all branch activities meet the company’s standards and objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and construction activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules in line with operational requirements.

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure that weekly production targets are consistently achieved.

• Manage and conduct quality control checks to maintain required production standards.

• Supervise the maintenance of the plant and ensure equipment remains operational and fit for purpose.

• Coordinate staff and operational resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.

• Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable health and safety standards.

• Prepare and communicate relevant operational and production reports to management.

• Work closely with relevant teams to improve productivity, quality, and overall branch performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• A First Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is required.

• Proven experience in operations, production, or branch management will be an advantage.

• Membership or affiliation with a recognized professional association is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Additional Requirement

All applicants must be willing to relocate to the Eastern Region as required by the role.
