Queri is a Tokyo-based entertainment technology company building fan engagement products for creators, talent agencies, and global audiences.
Our flagship platform helps creators, entertainers, musicians, wrestlers, idols, influencers, and other talent build meaningful relationships with their audiences through personalized interactions and exclusive content.
As we continue to grow Queri and launch new products, we’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who wants to help shape the future of fan engagement, creator technology, and AI-powered products.

The Role
We’re looking for a bilingual Product Manager based in Tokyo who can own product strategy, execution, and go-to-market initiatives across Queri and future products currently in development.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and partner closely with the CTO, designers, engineers, creators, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product direction, and bring products to market.
This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and visibility across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product planning, prioritization, and roadmap development
- Translate business goals and customer needs into product requirements and development plans
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship features and improvements on a regular cadence
- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive research
- Help define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Gather feedback from users, creators, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear product documentation and stakeholder communication
- Leverage AI tools to improve planning, research, execution, and decision-making
- Help establish scalable product processes as the company grows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Native or business-level Japanese
- Professional-level English
- Experience launching and growing products in the Japanese market
- Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies
- Experience working directly with software engineers and designers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership beyond a traditional Product Manager role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in entertainment, music, media, creator economy, gaming, or fan engagement businesses
- Experience with consumer mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design workflows
- Experience working at startups or high-growth technology companies
- Experience launching AI-powered products or features
- Strong understanding of modern AI workflows and tools
- Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI tools in daily work
- Experience with Claude Code, Claude Design, AI agents, or AI-assisted product development
- Experience working with international teams and global consumer products

Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the CTO and engineering team.
