Software Implementation Specialist

1. Implement specific software-related initiatives and projects.
2. Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and system
integrations with internal and third-party applications.
3. Develop API consumption and integration solutions using industry-standard
authentication and security protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, API keys,
and JWT.
4. Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including generative AI, intelligent
automation, and chatbots.
5. Integrate AI services, large language models (LLMs), and AI platforms into
business applications through APIs and SDKs.
6. Ensure the implementation of software applications.
7. Provide first-level support for incidents and support requests
8. Conduct proof of concept of software applications
9. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches.
10. Develop and implement data migration and/or data interface processes.
11. Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner.
12. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations,
API documentation, user guides, and support procedures.
13. Conduct case studies to determine the required functionalities.
14. Capable to learn and implement basic hardware implementation.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and technology partners to gather
and deliver client requirements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
a related field.
2. Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and database technologies.
3. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks, with
experience in software design and development using test-driven development
(TDD) practices.
4. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
5. Relevant certifications in Database, API, AI, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Automation,
or Business Process Management are an advantage.
6. Strong business understanding and analytical skills, with the ability to translate
business requirements into effective technical solutions.
7. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, customer relations, and interpersonal
skills.
9. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently with minimal
supervision.
