Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable backend services to support high-concurrency recruitment workflows and data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features that enhance candidate screening and matching accuracy.
- Optimize existing system architecture to improve latency and resource utilization, ensuring a smooth experience for global users.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of software quality and engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to maintain system uptime and data integrity across the platform.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in building production-grade applications using Python, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, or C++.
- Proven ability to design and manage relational and non-relational databases to support data-intensive applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize system performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Self-driven work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced development culture.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, backed by 2 - 8 years of professional software development experience.
