About the role  

Ennova Realty is seeking a dedicated Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Ajman. This full-time position will equip you with the tools necessary to drive real estate sales and foster robust client relationships. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, guide them through the property market, and facilitate successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities  

• Actively generate and pursue potential sales leads through various channels to expand the client base.
• Promote and sell a diverse range of residential and commercial properties, ensuring clients are well-informed about their options.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions of sales deals, ensuring a favorable outcome for both clients and the company.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets to drive the growth of the team and your own career.

   

Requirements  

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred, showcasing a foundational understanding of the market dynamics and client needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues alike.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients while maximizing company profits.
• A valid UAE Residence Visa is required to operate legally in the region.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is essential for conducting property viewings and attending client meetings independently.
• Capability to work autonomously, demonstrating professionalism and resourcefulness in handling client inquiries and concerns.
