Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our computer systems and databases.

* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any inconsistencies and checking the output for accuracy.

* Update and maintain existing records to ensure all information is current and correct.

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup operations to ensure data preservation.

* Comply with data integrity and security policies to maintain confidentiality.

* Respond to queries for information and access relevant files as required.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure data collection and entry processes are optimised for efficiency.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.

* Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a strong attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and word processing tools.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* A high school diploma or equivalent.

* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst being a dependable team member.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Familiarity with database management software.

* Experience in a professional services environment.
