Senior Data Mapping Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join Truva's data team. The role involves building and maintaining a comprehensive residential real estate database by integrating and validating data from multiple sources, such as RERA records, floor plans, and sale documents. The candidate will help establish data standards, ensure consistency across datasets, and support business decision-making through accurate and scalable data systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and maintain residential real estate datasets.
• Collect, integrate, and validate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and logical integrity across systems.
• Define and improve data standards, processes, and workflows.
• Translate granular property-level data into meaningful market insights.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Engineering, Data Operations, or Analytics-related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets.
• Good understanding of structured data and its role in business decision-making.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and attention to detail.
• Passion for data quality, scalability, and process improvement.

Other Requirements:

• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai or other parts of India, as required.
• Comfortable working independently with ownership of data quality and timelines.
