あなたのチャンス、あなたのチーム
- Supply Chain Coordinatorは、QVCジャパンをサポートし、サプライチェーン部門における発注管理、納入進捗管理、ベンダー返品管理（RTV）を担当します。国内ベン ダーを中心に、一部海外ベンダーや社内関係部署と連携しながら、商品の発注から納品、販売、返品まで、サプライチェ ーン全体を支える役割を担っています。年間約10,500～11,000SKUを取り扱う環境の中で、商品の安定供給を実現す るとともに、業務改善やサプライチェーン最適化へ貢献するポジションです。
勤務場所
- このポジションはハイブリッドであり、月に数日幕張本社での勤務が必要です（出社日は事前に決められており、会社全体で統一されています）。
仕事内容
- 需要予測・販売計画に基づく発注および補充計画の策定・実行
- 国内外ベンダーとの納期調整、供給状況管理およびベンダーパフォーマンスのモニタリング
- 在庫管理および顧客受注案件・メーカー直送商品の進捗管理
- 海外調達商品の輸送管理、フォワーダーとの調整および輸出入関連業務
- ベンダー返品管理の運営、返品調整および返品プロセスの改善推進
- データ分析を活用した業務改善、業務プロセスの標準化・最適化およびナレッジ共有
応募資格
- サプライチェーン、購買、物流、受発注管理、営業事務等における実務経験
- ベンダーや社内関係者との調整業務経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
- 複数の業務や案件を同時に管理できる計画力および実行
- Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）の実務利用経験
- 輸出入業務または国際物流に関する実務経験、関税・通関業務に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
- 英文メール対応や英文書類の読解経験、英語での電話対応経験があれば尚可
