Обязанности:

  • Организация и контроль деятельности группы строительного контроля по инженерным системам.

    Осуществление контроля качества электромонтажных работ (ЭМО, СС, ПБ и т.д)

    Комиссионная приемка выполненных работ;

    Оформление и выдача замечаний и предписаний по факту выявления несоответствий выполняемых работ требованиям РД и НТД;

    Расстановка и контроль за работой сотрудников группы.

    Взаимодействие с ГИП и подрядными организациями в части соблюдения требований НТД.

    Ежедневное ведение отчета о проделанной работе с фиксацией объемов и качества работ. Работа с проектной документацией
Требования:

  • Опыт работы в строительной организации осуществляющей функции Генерального подрядчика.

    Знание технологий строительства электромонтажных работ.

    Знание действующие нормы и правила в строительстве.

    Чтение рабочей документации.

    Профессиональный уровень владения Excel, Word, 1С:Документооборот, браузер.
