How you will Contribute:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Support daily operations by preparing and reviewing shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.
What We’re Looking For in You:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or logistics role will be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle requests effectively and professionally.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily workload efficiently.
