About The Role
We're looking for an experiencedBiddable Media Manager to take ownership of a substantial paid media programme and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth across RAC.
Working within our Performance Marketing team, you'll lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across Search, Paid Social, Display and emerging channels to deliver against commercial objectives. You'll be responsible for budget management, forecasting, stakeholder reporting and optimisation, while staying at the forefront of industry innovation by testing new technologies, AI-powered solutions and emerging advertising platforms.
This isn't a role for someone who simply manages campaigns. We're looking for a paid media specialist with proven experience managing significant media budgets and extensive hands-on expertise with Search Ads 360/Campaign Manager 360, who can take full ownership of performance across multiple channels.
This is a hybrid role, working two days a week from our Bradley Stoke offices and three days working from home.

What you’ll do
You'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign performance, managing large-scale media investment and ensuring every pound spent delivers maximum value.
You'll:
- Own and optimise high-budget paid media activity across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies that drive acquisition, revenue and profitability.
- Manage forecasting, budget allocation and performance reporting.
- Lead testing, innovation and adoption of new technologies and AI-driven advertising solutions.
- Work closely with commercial, product and marketing stakeholders to align media activity with business priorities.
- Turn complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with platform partners and agencies, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and maximise performance
What you’ll need
We're looking for someone who's technically strong, commercially minded and confident operating in a fast-paced environment.
You'll have:
- Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display.
- Advanced experience with Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360 and the wider GMP ecosystem.
- Experience owning and managing accounts with minimal oversight.
- A strong understanding of attribution, tracking, audience strategy and performance measurement.
- The ability to interrogate data, identify opportunities and make commercially driven decisions.
- A flexible, dynamic approach and a genuine team-first mentality.
- A passion for testing new ideas and staying ahead of developments in performance marketing
