Qualifications and Experience
- HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical trade diploma/certificate.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on AC maintenance experience; hotel experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of split AC systems, including wall-mounted, ducted, and cassette units.
- Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, refrigerant handling, leak detection, and AC component repairs.
- Basic English communication skills for work order reporting and guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of AC units in guest rooms and public areas.
- Diagnose and repair faults involving compressors, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats, and control boards.
- Handle refrigerants safely and carry out leak detection and piping repairs.
- Respond promptly to guest-room AC complaints and maintenance requests.
