We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Cluster Marketing Project Manager to take full ownership of marketing activities for our 5 hotel properties in Riga (Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Daugava, Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel, Radisson Hotel OLd Town Riga, Park Inn by Radisson Riga Valdemara, Park Inn by Radisson Residence Riga Barona). As a solo marketer for this cluster, you will be the driving force behind our local marketing execution, balancing brand standards with creative, high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing projects end-to-end: Independently manage and execute marketing initiatives from initial concept to final results, effectively balancing priorities across 5 cluster hotels.
- Implement brand strategies: Adapt and execute marketing plans for Radisson Blu, Radisson, and Park Inn brands, ensuring their distinct positioning in the Riga market.
- Hands-on content creation: Act as the main visual creator-plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (Reels, stories, posts) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations: Find, brief, and manage local content creators, handling everything from initial outreach to final content approval.
- Promote Radisson Rewards locally: Drive awareness of the loyalty program in Riga, aligning local activities with CSO guidelines.

- Compensation: Competitive Salary: Starting from EUR 2,000 gross per month, with the final offer depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and portfolio.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B sectors.
- Portfolio required: A proven track record is essential. Please provide links to social media accounts you have managed, content examples you have created, and at least one marketing campaign with measurable business results.
- Tech stack: Confident user of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and mobile video editing tools like CapCut (or similar).
- Work style: A true self-starter who thrives working independently, takes full ownership of tasks, and can efficiently manage time across multiple properties.
- Marketing mindset: A creative thinker who understands that "less is more" - focusing on high-quality execution, brand consistency, and proven tactics rather than chasing over-complicated or risky trends.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential for local content creation and corporate communication. Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.
