We are currently seeking a Female Personal Trainer to join our vibrant team. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Personal Trainer to join our Health Club team at Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized fitness programs tailored to guests’ and members’ individual goals and needs.
- Conduct fitness assessments and track progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safe use of all gym equipment.
- Motivate clients to maintain commitment to fitness and overall well-being.
- Provide nutritional and lifestyle advice within professional scope.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service within the fitness area.
- Support wellness activities, challenges, and special events organized by the Health Club team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of health and positivity throughout the property.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Instruction from a recognized institution (e.g., ACE, NASM, REPS, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a hotel or premium fitness club environment.
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles, anatomy, nutrition, and exercise techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Energetic, positive, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for health and wellness.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
