We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Galway. This office-based role offers a great work-life balance, allowing you to build a rewarding career while still having your afternoons free.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver an excellent experience and building positive relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Providing information about our products and services
- Understanding customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions
- Promoting self-service options and additional services where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the best customer outcomes

- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers
- Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel What can you expect of us?
