Senior Conversational AI Designer

Your future responsibilities:

• Design AI-powered assistant across a wide range of everyday banking journeys
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate business processes, customer needs and regulatory requirements into AI experiences
• Lead design workshops and participate in design reviews
• Analyze conversation logs and user behavior to identify friction points, support testing, evaluation and continuous improvement of AI experiences

Your skills and experience:

• Demonstrate 3+ years of experience designing AI-powered user experiences
• Strong understanding of conversational UX principles and natural language interaction patterns
• Experience designing for generative AI and LLM-driven systems, familiarity with chatbot platforms, AI prototyping environments or prompt testing workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English
