Working Student Customer Success Management & Support (m/f/x)

Your mission

As a working student in Customer Success Management, you'll become the link between our customers, our product, and our internal teams. You'll actively shape how we understand and improve the customer experience at Rail-Flow.

• Customer data & satisfaction analysis: You keep our customer database in order, ensure high data quality, and use our customer satisfaction index to show how satisfied our customers really are - a basis for strategic decisions across the company.
• Customer contact & product feedback: Depending on demand, you support new customers, explain key processes, and coordinate follow-up meetings. You also bring your perspective into the development of our platform and help shape UI/UX around current and future customer needs.
• Processes & knowledge management: You modernise and document processes and guidelines for CSM and our support service desks, turning our Confluence wiki into a reliable knowledge base for the whole team.
• KPIs & reporting: You build meaningful KPI dashboards, evaluate surveys, and analyse internal and external performance metrics - delivering the numbers that decisions are built on.
• Workshops & customer meetings: You prepare workshops and meetings in terms of both content and organisation - from materials and participant lists through to running them on site.

Your profile

• Studies: You are in an advanced stage of your studies (at least third semester) in economics, business administration, logistics, social sciences, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Initial practical experience, ideally through internships or working-student roles, is an advantage.
• Interest: You enjoy working with and for customers, are interested in UX/UI, and want to develop further in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Organisational skills: You prioritise several tasks in parallel, work efficiently, and keep track of the details.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
• IT skills: Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and generally comfortable with digital tools.
• AI mindset: A hands-on approach to AI tools such as Claude or GPT is part of your working routine - or you're curious to build it.
