TradeFill is building an audit-first trading platform - combining audit, replay, and execution - designed for prop firms, and serious futures traders. We're looking to bring in a small group of senior engineers and architects to provide short, paid consultations on how to architect our core trading functions. 1-2 focused conversations to tap into expertise you've built working on real trading infrastructure, and we're specifically looking for a range of perspectives from people who've tackled similar problems at different companies.
Who we're looking for:
- Senior-level experience (architect, principal engineer, tech lead, head of engineering, or product engineer) at a trading platform such as NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Project X, CQG, Rithmic, or similar
- Direct hands-on experience with the early or active development stages of such a platform - not just maintaining a mature system
- Experience across multiple trading platforms/companies is a strong plus

- Risk plan configuration & enforcement
- Order management
- Fills & matching
- Market data and events/streaming
