Salary: £400 - £500 per day + Inside IR35 

Description: 

The ideal candidate will have experience working on major Tier 1 infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to support construction teams and subcontractors in a high-risk site environment.

Key Responsibilities

•             Provide day-to-day H&S advice and guidance to site and project teams.
•             Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities.
•             Review RAMS, risk assessments and Construction Phase Plans.
•             Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and H&S briefings.
•             Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
•             Monitor subcontractor and supply chain H&S performance.
•             Promote a strong, proactive H&S culture across the project.

Requirements

•             Proven H&S experience within major construction / civil engineering.
•             Strong earthworks and civils experience.
•             HS2 or Tier 1 contractor experience highly desirable.
•             NEBOSH Construction Certificate
•             SMSTS/CSCS
•             Experience with RAMS, site inspections and risk assessments.
•             Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
