We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to join our C shift team!
Job Responsibilities
Performs final test on all assembled finished units, using test equipment such as storage oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters and ammeters.
Trouble shoots completed units and individual printed wire boards using Engineering specifications, Schematics, and Product Specifications.
Rotates in other work cells as advised by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
Packs finished product for shipment.
Actively participates in making cell improvements, suggests and helps implement.
Performs duties to established quality standards.
Maintains work area in accordance with established housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Performs such similar or comparable related duties as the needs arisesto ensure the production of quality products.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 yearelectrical assembly experience.
Delivers quality work consistently.
Ability to work within establishprocedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Recognize and solvesproblems; evaluatesand selectssolutions from established options.
Solid communication skills usedto exchange information.
Confirmed manual dexterity and electro-mechanical aptitude
Positive work experience in a team environment
Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment and to read measuring devices
Experience using computer keyboard
Confirmed attainment of quality standards
Process focused, experience working with one-piece work flowin daily work
Experience working from blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer orders
Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
Lifting upto 30 lbs. manually.
Safety glasses are required.
Standing is required for long periods of time.
Overtime may be required.
