We are a dedicated 112 room rehabilitation hospital and day therapy centre boasting large modern treatment rooms, two hydrotherapy pools and two fully equipped exercise physiology gymnasiums.

Are you an experienced Physio or OT with recent training in Lymphoedema? This role might be for you!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lymphoedema Team Leader to join our team and support the operations of the Internationally renowned Lymphoedema Service. This is a rewarding opportunity to blend hands-on clinical practice with genuine leadership and service development responsibilities. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 5 days per week. Will also consider 0.8FTE for the appropriate candidate. This position is available to a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.

About the Role

As a Senior Clinician, you will bring extensive specialist Lymphoedema knowledge. You will apply advanced clinical reasoning to complex and novel presentations across a diverse Inpatient, Day Program, Outpatient and NDIS caseload. You will provide expert advice to team leaders, managers and client groups on clinical service delivery and development, while also maintaining direct patient care responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based Lymphoedema services to patients.
• Drive service planning, development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, professional development, and the mentoring of junior clinicians.
• Evaluate and improve service processes and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and safe discharge planning.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and performance goals of Ramsay Health Care.

Essential Criteria:

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in hospital, outpatient, or private practice settings.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring staff.
• High-level interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Proven ability to implement and evaluate evidence-based practice.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate of $61.01 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW Heath Professional Level 4).
