Are you a payroll expert who understands the critical connection between Enterprise Agreements, industrial relations, systems and payroll delivery?

Join Ramsay as our Payroll Enterprise Agreement Lead and play a pivotal role in ensuring our payroll environment is ready to deliver accurate, compliant and efficient payments as Enterprise Agreements evolve.

This is an opportunity to use your payroll expertise to influence decisions well before they reach the payslip - reviewing proposed EA clauses, identifying system and operational impacts, and working with key stakeholders to ensure Ramsay is ready to implement change.

About the role:

You’ll be the critical link between Payroll, Industrial Relations, Workforce Planning and Systems, bringing practical payroll insight to EA negotiations and implementation.

You will:

  • Review proposed EA clauses and assess their payroll and operational impact.
  • Translate complex EA requirements into practical payroll solutions.
  • Partner with Systems teams on configuration, testing and implementation.
  • Identify potential workload, resourcing and timing impacts for Payroll.
  • Provide expert payroll advice throughout EA negotiations and implementation.
  • Lead and contribute to projects that improve payroll readiness and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships across Payroll, IR, Workforce Planning and Systems.

About you:

You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience working in a complex payroll environment.
  • Strong experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements.
  • Sound understanding of payroll systems and system configuration.
  • Experience reviewing industrial instruments and assessing their impacts.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in payroll governance, project delivery and system testing.
  • Experience in healthcare, aged care, retail or another award-dependent industry.

Why join Ramsay?

This is more than a payroll role. It’s an opportunity to shape how payroll responds to change, influence EA outcomes and help deliver a seamless experience for our people.

If you’re a payroll professional who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and turning industrial requirements into practical payroll solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
