Responsibilities
Supply & Inventory Control: Determine material requirements, trigger orders, and continuously monitor confirmed dates and incoming goods, and inventory levels.
Master Data & MRP: Define, review, and maintain master data parameters relevant to scheduling and MRP processes.
Problem Solving & Bottlenecks: Proactively resolve delivery issues and supply bottlenecks at the interface between customers, sales, factories, and external suppliers.
Returns & Invoices: Process inventory-related returns and manage invoices/delivery dates for purchased items.
Process Optimization: Participate in the conceptual and operational management of scheduling processes to align with specific customer demands.
Requirements
Education: Completed commercial training, High School diploma, or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Logistics.
Experience: Initial experience in material planning or scheduling is an advantage, but motivated junior applicants (1-4 years experience) are welcome.
Languages: Very good written and spokenEnglish skills are required. German is a plus.
IT Skills: Confident handling of MS Office; working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a strong advantage.
