Responsibilities

A munkautasítások és gyártási előírások pontos betartása a minőségi és stabil termelés érdekében
A gyártógépek működésének figyelése, hibák vagy rendellenességek azonnali jelzése
A termelés folyamatos működésének támogatása
A munkaterület rendben és tisztán tartása
Kész- és félkész termékek kezelése
Alapvető gyártási és anyagmozgatási feladatok elvégzése
Munkavédelmi és biztonsági szabályok betartása
Új kollégák betanítása és segítése
A gyártási folyamatok és munkafolyamatok megismerése, aktív részvétel a napi működésben
A műszakvezető/csoportvezető támogatása a napi feladatokban
Szükség esetén helyettesítési feladatok ellátása (pl. szervezési vagy operatív támogatás)
A termelési és minőségi mutatók (KPI-ok) megértése és a kapcsolódó intézkedések végrehajtása

Requirements

Gyártóipari tapasztalat
Középfokú végzettség

Előnyt jelent:

Akkumulátorgyártásban szerzett tapasztalat
Autóipari vagy automatizált gyártási környezetben szerzett tapasztalat
Nyersanyaggyártási, nyomdaipari tapasztalat
SAP vagy MES rendszerek ismerete
Angol nyelvtudás
