Responsibilities
- Automata és félautomata gépsorok termelésének teljes körű irányítása.
- Termelési fizikai állomány közvetett, műszakvezetők és mérnöki csapat közvetlen irányítása
- Termelési tervek betartatása, a költséghatékonyság, a minőségi követelmények és a vevői igények maximális figyelembevételével.
- Hosszútávú osztályszintű tervezés: költségvetés, személyzet és beruházások (CAPEX) tervezése és nyomon követése.
- A Shopfloor napi szintű felügyelete
- Eltérések, trendek azonosítása a termelési riportok alapján, és a strukturált problémamegoldási folyamatok (RCA) elindítása.
- Rendszeres vevői és minőségügyi auditok támogatása.
Requirements
- Felsőfokú műszaki/mérnöki végzettség
- Legalább 3-5 év gyártási/termelési tapasztalat, amiből legalább 2 évet aktív vezetői szerepben
- Magabiztos, aktív angol nyelvtudás
- Szigorúan szabályozott iparágak ismerete
- Kiváló, strukturált kommunikációs készség
