Основные обязанности:

  • Бюджетирование ФОТ, стимулирующих выплат, расчет квартальных, годовых премий;
  • Контроль, учет и анализ исполнения бюджета;
  • Управление штатным расписанием: утверждение штатных расписаний, расчет необходимой численности работников, согласование изменений структуры и штатных единиц.
  • Формирование отчётности по численности, фонду заработной платы и прочим выплатам на персонал;
  • Методическое руководство: консультирование подразделений по вопросам оплаты и нормирования труда; взаимодействие с бухгалтерией, кадровой службой, планово-экономическим и производственными подразделениями.
  • Участие в разработке и совершенствовании положений об оплате труда и премирования работников.
  • Разработка систем бюджетирования, которая включает принципы, формы бюджетов, процесс их формирования и контроль исполнения.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование (экономическое, финансовое)
  • Опыт управления штатным расписанием и финансированием, корректировки и расчета фонда оплаты труда от 3-х лет.
  • Опыт в системе Высшего образования предпочтителен.
  • Работа в программе 1С
