RANEPA (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration) is Russia's premier higher education, executive training, and public policy research institution, headquartered in Moscow with a nationwide network of dozens of regional branches. Formed in 2010 through the merger of the Academy of National Economy (founded 1977) and the Russian Academy of Public Administration, RANEPA is widely known as the "school of governors" and Russia's primary incubator for civil servants and business leaders.
