岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.报表编制与披露：负责集团合并报表、附注的编制，以及定期报
告财务信息披露部分的编制，确保财务数据的准确性与合规性。
2.财务风险监控：负责对合并报表、合资公司等报表分析，监控账
务风险、经营风险、新业务经营风险等，并输出分析报告。
3.子公司财务指导：及时响应并解决下属子公司核算问题，规范子子公司财务核算流程，并定期组织财务知识宣导和培训，提升子公司财务核算质量。
4.核算规则制定：针对新业务流程、新准则以及复杂业务场景，深
入研究并制定核算规则，输出详尽核算文档，确保财务核算的准确确性和规范性。
5.安排的其他事项;
任职要求 / Requirements
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，本科要求会计专业，具有中级会计职称以上或通过部分中国注册会计师考试科目的优先;
2.3年以上有会计事务所或制造业合并会计工作经历的优先;
3.有良好的沟通能力、解决问题能力、对数据敏感及逻辑思维能力;
4.工作责任心强，积极主动，具备一定的抗压能力。
