Role Description

The Business Development Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities. Daily tasks include conducting market research on technology and product companies, assisting in preparing pitches and proposals, and supporting follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms. The role also involves coordinating with internal recruitment teams to understand service offerings, providing responsive customer service to client contacts, and contributing to reports and dashboards that track business development performance.

• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate within teams, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong learning mindset.
