Business Development Executive

Rapsodo is a sports technology company that uses computer vision and machine learning to help athletes of every level improve their performance. In golf, our launch monitors and range technology are used by tour professionals, coaches, golf facilities and everyday golfers worldwide to understand and optimise every shot. Headquartered in Singapore, we have teams strategically located across the globe.

As Business Development Executive, you will drive the adoption of Rapsodo Golf solutions across UK driving ranges, golf clubs and golf facilities. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, delivering on-site demonstrations, closing deals and supporting installations, helping venues enhance the customer experience and grow their revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage golf ranges, golf clubs and golf facilities across the UK to open commercial discussions and expand the Rapsodo Golf solutions footprint
• Build and maintain strong relationships with range owners, general managers, head professionals and facility operators
• Deliver on-site product demonstrations tailored to each facility's operations and commercial goals
• Understand customer challenges, operational needs and stakeholder decision criteria within commercial range operations
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through contract signature, within approved commercial guidelines
• Coordinate installations and handover with internal teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience from deal to go-live
• Support new sites after installation to drive utilization and build reference accounts
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM and provide regular sales and pipeline reporting in collaboration with the Business Operations team
• Prioritize territory activity to maximize visits, conversions and market penetration
• Represent Rapsodo as needed across varying events in the UK
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing market updates, customer feedback and competitor insight with engineering, product management and local teams

Requirements

• 2-4 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in golf or hardware + software technology
• Track record of hitting targets through high-volume, in-person selling
• Knowledge of the UK golf market (ranges, clubs, PGA professionals), or a demonstrated ability to learn a new market quickly
• Confident presenter, comfortable demonstrating technology to owners and operators
• Strong organization, attention to detail and CRM discipline
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
• The ideal candidate is based in South East England or Northern England and is field-based, with regular travel across the UK as needed
