Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, modernize, and support enterprise-grade digital platforms and mission-critical business applications. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across frontend, backend, integration, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions, establish reusable engineering standards, contribute to architecture governance, and mentor development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years delivering full stack applications. DTS
Proven delivery of enterprise-scale, high-availability, or mission-critical digital platforms.
Hands-on experience building cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and working in Agile environments.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Must have experience with mobile application development and responsive application development.

• Experience with content management systems is good to have. Required Technologies: Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SPA architecture, responsive UI, component driven design Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, Node.js, NestJS or Express.js, microservices APIs & Integration: REST, SOAP, API design, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, IBM MQ or Oracle AQ Data PostgreSQL, Oracle or MySQL, relational modeling, SQL performance tuning, transaction management Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Helm, GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, logging and monitoring Engineering Practices: Git, code reviews, design patterns, automated testing, secure coding, Agile delivery, technical documentation
