Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Developer

Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead/Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OIC and a strong background in integrating Oracle SaaS applications with on-premises and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of advanced integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Architect and implement end-to-end integration flows including orchestration, transformation, and error handling.
- Configure and manage OIC adapters: REST, SOAP, FTP, Database, ERP, HCM, etc.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and robust error handling in all integrations.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
- Manage the integration lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with Oracle SaaS teams (ERP, HCM, CX) and other enterprise systems for seamless connectivity.
- Document integration designs, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills :
- 5 - 12 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong expertise in OIC components: Integrations, Connections, Lookups, Schedules, Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and data mappings.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and security protocols: OAuth, certificates.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud or other Oracle SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in Groovy, JavaScript, or similar scripting for custom logic in OIC.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have Skills :
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Process Automation or API Gateway.
- Knowledge of Cloud Security, Data Encryption, and Performance Tuning.
- Familiarity with CICD pipelines for OIC deployments and Agile methodologies.
- Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred.
