Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
  • Betreuung von Veranstaltungen vor, während und nach der Durchführung
  • Organisation und Koordination des Caterings
  • Auf- und Abbau von Veranstaltungsräumen
  • Überwachung und einfache Bedienung technischer Anlagen
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Referenten und Mitarbeitende
  • Sicherstellung eines repräsentativen Erscheinungsbildes der Veranstaltungsbereiche

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Erfahrungen in einer Dienstleistungsbranche, z.B. Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Verwaltungsservice o.Ä.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Positive Ausstrahlung, Leidenschaft für den Servicegedanken
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen, sicheres Auftreten und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsvermögen
