Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales, new business acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales and digital transformation solutions, with exposure to global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete sales cycle from business development and client engagement to proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across US, North America, and EMEA markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Lead complex enterprise sales pursuits involving multiple stakeholders.
- Drive account mining and strategic relationship development.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior Business Development Executives to support team revenue goals.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales / business development.
- Proven track record of achieving consistent quarterly revenue targets.
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, and Digital Experience Platforms.
- Strong experience in enterprise sales and complex solution selling.
- Experience managing global sales across US/NA/EMEA markets.
- Strong account management, business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition and account expansion.
Education:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
