- Ensure compliance with HSE and safety requirements within the assigned quality area.
- Inspect and test incoming components to ensure compliance with approved quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain component quality standards and specifications to support effective incoming quality control.
- Support the qualification of new suppliers, materials and components against approved specifications and standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and support improvement actions to enhance incoming component quality.
- Conduct periodic warehouse audits to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
- Monitor plant quality KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Inspect and test manufactured products through sampling to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Investigate production quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the Operations team.
- Follow up on market returns and quality issues, supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor QC team skills and support training plans based on identified development needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection, problem-solving, and quality tools.
- Understanding of production processes, quality standards, and KPI monitoring.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred.
