Junior Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our technical team and supervise field operations for the installation and configuration of IoT telematics, and vehicle-related devices.

·      Supervise and coordinate the daily work of 3 field technicians.

·      Visit customer sites and oversee installation activities.

·      Configure and commission IoT, telematics, and electronic devices according to the required specifications.

·     Ensure that devices are correctly installed, connected, configured, and tested.

·      Troubleshoot basic installation and configuration issues.

·      Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding site activities and technical requirements.

·      Prepare basic site reports and document completed installations.

·      Ensure technicians follow proper installation procedures and safety requirements.

·      Monitor the quality and progress of field work and ensure deadlines are met.

·      Learn and apply the technical procedures and configuration methods provided through company training.


Full technical training on our products, devices, and configuration procedures will be provided.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Communications, or a related field.

·      0–2 years of experience in a technical, field engineering, IoT, automotive electronics, or similar role.

·      Intermediate or higher level of English.

·      Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and wiring.

·      Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to supervise and coordinate a small technical team.

·      Willingness to work at customer sites and travel when required.

·      Good communication and organizational skills.

·   Willingness and ability to learn new technical products and systems
